Oral Surgeons Philip M. Echo D.M.D. and William G. Ranucci D.M.D.

              Oral surgeon Dr. Philip M. Echo understands that people are very anxious when coming to see him or his business partner, Dr. William G.Ranucci. As a result he says “Our practice is all about alleviating our patients anxieties, concerns, and fear of Oral Surgery. Dr.’s Echo and Ranucci are the owner of Oral and Maxillofacial Associates (OMAOS) with locations in Nutley and Montclair. The two met in 1985 at University of Medicine and Dentistry, where they both obtained their dental degrees. They have been practicing for more than twenty years together. Both surgeons are board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and are on staff at Clara Maass and Hackensack UMC Mountainside Hospital, where they also teach and supervise residents.
             As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr.’s Echo and Ranucci have a wide ranging practice covering everything from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth extractions and from bone grafts to dental implants. They also diagnose and treat facial pain, fractures, and injuries, TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders, and Oral Cancer.The two spend a lot of time continuing education since they both feel that is the best way to keep thier skills fresh and thier knowledge growing.
